Ζωγράφος - Χαράκτης. Γεννήθηκε το 1797 στο Cornwall  Αγγλίας και πέθανε στις 13 Ιουνίου 1884 στο Greenwich. Μαθητής του Agostino Aglio (1777 - 1857)  Από το 1824 έχει  εκθέσει έργα του  στη Royal Academy και στο Σύνδεσμο Άγγλων  Καλλιτεχνών, έγινε μέλος του Συνδέσμου αυτού το 1843. Ζωγράφισε χιουμοριστικά θέματα που γρήγορα έγιναν δημοφιλή. Έργο του  με τίτλο “The Enthousiastic” υπάρχει  στο Μουσείο του Leicester.

Has  exhibited from 1824 at the Royal Academy and at the British Artists Society, he became member of the society in 1843. He painted humoristic characters which quickly became popular . The Leicester Museum keeps from him the “The Enthusiastics”.
