Γεννήθηκε στο Παλαιχώρι το 1940. Σπούδασε ζωγραφική στο Saint Martin's School of Art του Λονδίνου (1958) και στην Ακαδημία Καλών Τεχνών του Πεκίνου (1960-1963). Συνέχισε τις σπουδές του στην Ανωτάτη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών της Πράγας (1963-1967). Το 1967 πήρε το δίπλωμά του στη ζωγραφική και τον τίτλο του ακαδημαϊκού ζωγράφου. Είναι μέλος της ευρωπαϊκής καλλιτεχνικής ομάδας "Europe 24". Το 1993 του απονεμήθηκε το βραβείο καλλιτεχνικής προσφοράς "Τεύκρου Ανθία - Θεοδόση Πιερίδη".

Born in Palaechori, 1940. Studied painting at Saint Martin's School of Art in London (1958) and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing (1960-1963). Continued and finished his studies at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Prague (1963 - 1967). In 1967 received his Diploma in painting and the title of Academic Painter. He is a member of the European artistic group "Europe 24". In 1993 he was honoured with the award of artistic contribution "Tefkros Anthias - Theodosis Pierides".
