Achilleas was
born in Paris and studied art and photography.
He also
attended a School of Art and followed courses in the art of
steel and metal constructions. He has had five solo
exhibitions in Nicosia, Paphos and Larnaca and has taken part in many
group exhibitions. His work is characterised by freshness
and harmony and coordination of movement and shapes within
explosions of bright colours.
Andreas
Hadjithomas, among other things, has this to say:

Achilleas Christou have inner pathways that lead to his
personal view of the world that surrounds him and through
which he is struggling to correlate comprehensively and
communicatively; they are characterised by sensitivity, the
brightness of colour and the tandem dynamics developed

environment but also to the atmosphere within which he
himself wishes to move and create. Behind all this are
personal quests, extensions and interpretations of the
artists’ life as they are printed on his subconscious.
